Our
Classes

I offer Yoga classes rooted in the foundation of Ashtanga Vinyasa. This dynamic style of yoga informs my vinyasa and beginner's classes as well as non-movement based offerings such as meditation and breath work (pranayama). 

 

A Beginner's course is the perfect place to start or restart a practice where you will learn the foundational postures with specific guidance for your body's needs. My Beginner's course follows the Ashtanga method which is a structured practice that you can develop throughout your life.

Vinyasa flow classes are a general class and some level of experience is recommended. Where described as gentle, movement is a slower pace and will conclude with a longer relaxation.

​

Pranayama and Meditation classes are not movement based and teach breath work and offer a mediation.

​

Also available are 1:1 or 2:1 private yoga sessions, these are an opportunity to have a dedicated and tailored practice with Sophie. Sophie will provide a service according to your preferences, you may wish to learn the poses more closely or may have individual needs to address such as injury.
